This program spins an image, and does a pulsating distortion.
Rotate pictures. You load a picture which is type png or jpeg. The program makes it rotate as if on a turntable, and keys D - K adjust the speed. And keys Z X are zoom, and keys C, V, B and arrow keys do a distortion. Key L is for load, S for save. Only the loading L works well. It works by scanning a picture in concentric circles, and producing a table of numbers which contains pixel colors and their addresses on a bitmap memory. Images often have dirty pixels, that are almost a certain color, usually white. PixelWasher can remove these pixels. The result is the output image is smaller in size, and is easier to edit.
