Little project to run trains on a modelrailroad by using an arduino Mega and a computer running Python. This is only a project to increase my programming skills and isn't as great as jmri (https://www.jmri.org/). It uses an arduino Mega to send and receive DCC signals on the track using DCC-EX (https://dcc-ex.com) and a Motorshield. This little project uses a raspberry pi, equipped with an USB DVB-T stick with a rtl rtuner. For this, it uses the project tfrec (https://github.com/baycom/tfrec). Check this URL for compatible USB receivers. The data is stored in a file, that can be automagically sent to a NAS and visualise the data. The project is written in python and tested on linux (Manjaro), but should run on every distribution. -

This package is a VLF receiver for monitoring VLF transmitter signals for evidence of transients indicating ionospheric disturbances, usually caused by x-ray bursts from the sun.
