Reverse Engineering Gene Network using ANN
Major pathways involving in Parkinson's disease (PD) such as alphasynuclein aggregation, dopamine synthesis, lewy body formation, tau phosphorylation, parkin, and apoptosis were modeled using stochastic differential equations.
