Graphical User Interface to calculate permeability measurements
PermGUI is a Matlab-based software which is developed for quantifying blood-brain barrier permeability from dynamic contrast enhanced (DCE) MR images. It does it in two steps: 1) calculating T1 maps from DCE-MRI, 2) calculating permeability parameters (such as permeability coefficient Ki and plasma volume Vp) using the T1 maps based on the Patlak method. It includes features like automatic and manual selection of the arterial input function curve for deconvolution.
Vurtigo is a 4D (3D + time) real-time visualization software for guiding cardiovascular interventions. It is primarily intended for use with a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanner, and also actively tracked catheters and navigational devices.
The latest releases are not available on sourceforge; check out the vurtigo.ca link below for the most up-to-date version.
The R2AGUI converts MRI data from the raw PHILIPS PAR/REC format to the popular ANALYZE 7.5 format or the newer Nifti 1.0 format, which is used in SPM (Software package for fMRI post-processing). It has an easy to use interface, and can batch process man
SIMRI: a versatile and interactive Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) simulator.
Such a simulator is a command line software written in C that reproduces the physical phenomenas encountered during an MRI acquisition to produce a realistic MRI image.
This is the The MNI-BIC software port to win32. The McConnell Brain Imaging Centre of the Montreal Neurological Institute develops software for MRI registration, display and manipulation. This port includes most of the important programs including; Minc,
This is a simulator for the SMIS research MRI consoles. It executes compiled pulse sequences, and emulates the MR3040/50, MR3031, and RF cards. If you have an SMIS scanner, you will find this a useful pulse sequence development aid.
