    Metropolis

    Metropolis

    A modern LaTeX Beamer theme

... to refer to the slide and the actual content. In a presentation, it can sometimes be difficult to go from one sub-topic to another. An elegant solution is to insert a slide whenever a new section starts. As a little gimmick, the mtheme features a tiny progress bar drawn with TikZ below the section title. A visual representation of numerical data can help to draw conclusions about an issue quicker than large columns of numbers.

    bsum

tiny DOS tool that computes BSD checksums of files

bsum is a tiny tool (256 bytes!) that computes the BSD checksum of any file. It requires only a few kilobytes of memory, and is fast even on an 8086-class PC. bsum supports files of any size (as long as your file system is able to handle them). The BSD checksum is displayed in hexadecimal format (ie. four alphanumeric characters, like "C2E1"). bsum is an excellent candidate for veryfing data integrity on systems that are very constrained in terms of disk space, memory or CPU power. Typically...

    CMan

Tiny but powerful tool to manage a dedicated GMod server.

Everybody running an own dedicated GMod server on their computer knows the problem: Parameters. Be it the console mode or if there are further aspects that are only slowly or even not configurable with the standard server.cfg file. Don't underestimate the good, old batch files - especially for management concerns. CMan needs only about 50 kB, but is independent of its path position and permissions. It install itself automatically and includes also a setup where you can enter (and of...

    Command line FFT

A simple command line utility to produce an FFT/IFFT of ASCII data

Ever had a bunch of ASCII data that you would like to have a quick look at in frequency domain, but don't want to fire up some bulky analysis software package just for that? Well, I have... So I wrote this tiny tool. It is based on fftw (www.fftw.org) and boost's program options (boost.org). cli-fft is really simple: All it does is to receive ASCII data from a file or standard in, FFT it and write out the result into a file or to standard out.

    CSSgram

    CSSgram

    CSS library for Instagram filters

Simply put, CSSgram is a library for editing your images with Instagram-like filters directly using CSS. What we're doing is adding filters to the images, as well as applying color and/or gradient overlays via various blending techniques to mimic filter effects. This means less manual image processing and more fun filter effects on the web! We are using pseudo-elements (i.e. :before and :after) to create the filter effects, so you must apply these filters on a containing element (i.e. not a...

    JNanoLog

A tiny (nano) logging API that can replace the largely used System.out

JNanoLog aims to be used during development process to log different messages to the console.
