Buildes is an integrated development environment that assists the user in creating building information. It reads a text (session) file from which it compiles the information. It then allows the user to browse, analyze and export the resulting building knowledge. The compilation system is written in pure Python. The building components created are rendered in PythonOCC. The GUI is written using PyQt.

Tools for advenced mesh object generating for Blender

FrankMocap is a monocular 3D human capture system that estimates body, hand, and optionally face pose from a single RGB image or video. It regresses parametric human models (e.g., SMPL/SMPL-X) directly, producing temporally stable meshes and joint angles suitable for animation or analytics. The pipeline couples a robust 2D keypoint detector with 3D mesh regression networks and priors that keep results anatomically plausible. It can run frame-by-frame or with temporal smoothing, and includes demo apps for live webcam capture as well as batch processing. Outputs include textured meshes, joint locations, and model parameters that can be exported to common DCC tools and game engines. The codebase offers pretrained models, clear inference scripts, and utilities to visualize results, making single-camera motion capture approachable on commodity hardware. Researchers and creators use it for motion studies, AR/VR prototyping, character animation, and human-in-the-loop editing.

Why do Archicad and Revit only share 30 or 40% of the global architectural sofware market ? Maybe because lots of small practices find these software unadapted to the way they work, and to their bank account. I think there's place for an open software that doesn't work like the existing. It will be simple in its tools and processes, and will have infinite capabilities. This will be possible by defining a logical structure. As I am an architect, and I know very little about programming, and wouldn't reach even in 10 years the necessary level to be able to write anything useful for this type of software, my part will be to bring ideas and coherence to this project. Exports AliasWavefront OBJ Files from Blender - including the material and texture informations

The Objectron dataset is a collection of short, object-centric video clips, which are accompanied by AR session metadata that includes camera poses, sparse point-clouds and characterization of the planar surfaces in the surrounding environment. In each video, the camera moves around the object, capturing it from different angles. The data also contain manually annotated 3D bounding boxes for each object, which describe the object’s position, orientation, and dimensions. The dataset consists of 15K annotated video clips supplemented with over 4M annotated images in the following categories: bikes, books, bottles, cameras, cereal boxes, chairs, cups, laptops, and shoes. In addition, to ensure geo-diversity, our dataset is collected from 10 countries across five continents. Along with the dataset, we are also sharing a 3D object detection solution for four categories of objects — shoes, chairs, mugs, and cameras.

Pixal3D is a TencentARC research project for generating high-fidelity 3D assets from a single input image. It addresses a key weakness in image-to-3D generation: many models produce plausible 3D shapes but fail to preserve pixel-level faithfulness to the original image. Pixal3D improves this by explicitly lifting image features into 3D through back-projection, creating clearer correspondences between the input pixels and the generated asset. The system is designed to produce detailed geometry and physically based rendering textures rather than only coarse 3D approximations. It is useful for researchers, 3D artists, game asset workflows, and generative AI experiments focused on image-conditioned reconstruction. Its main value is combining generative flexibility with reconstruction-like visual fidelity.
