PHP daemon to process 3d mesh algorithms

...Much of the code was ported from the osm-bundler system http://code.google.com/p/osm-bundler/ The daemon curently runs in win64/linux64 for PMVS and linux64 for Brown's Iray algroithm. The code has been tested and running on Ubuntu 11.10
