To ensure your success, Rent Manager’s Implementation team provides in-depth onboarding services to streamline the process of setting up your business in the software. The Rent Manager Implementation process involves three main phases: Setup, Consultation, and Ongoing Support.

During the Setup phase, customers work with a dedicated Implementation Consultant to review several critical launch details. Consultants ensure that customers have installed Rent Manager correctly; have access to Rent Manager University—our online training platform; are enrolled in Rent Manager Bootcamp—an in-depth training course that covers the essentials of the software; and have reviewed the Implementation Import Workbook, used to import their data into the program.

The Consultation phase involves a planning call to customers to review all the data our team has imported, make sure beginning balances in the database are correct, and discuss which Rent Manager features are most important to their operational needs. Afterward, their consultant creates a customized plan for ongoing training and feature configuration. Customers receive a fixed number of hours—for use up to 90 days from purchasing the software—to work with their consultant to guarantee success with Rent Manager.

The Ongoing Support phase marks the formal end of the Implementation process, with customers transitioning to the capable hands of our award-winning support teams.
