Qualityze brings a world-class, next-generation Quality Management Software Solution built on the Salesforce.com Technology Platform. What were the initial challenges you faced?
Creating our solution from scratch, avoiding past mistakes in design, and growing organically took us a little longer to complete our current product suite of 12 modules. Managing all this required extra focus and investment to construct a new quality solution all in one code set, allowing us to scale, perform, and secure our customer data in a single solution.
Another challenge we faced was convincing enterprises that they could manage all their quality processes in one closed-loop system. Our detailed demonstrations helped them understand the gaps in their existing systems and the difference that an integrated solution can bring.
As they say, “When things do not go your way, remember that every challenge — every adversity — contains the seeds of opportunity and growth within it.” We took advantage of every single challenge that came our way to make our products better and smarter to exceed customer expectations and meet market demands.
What made you choose Salesforce as the platform for developing a quality management system?
Well, Salesforce is a powerful, flexible tool suitable for developing a wide range of applications, including quality management systems. In addition, it offers a range of tools and services that can be used to customize and extend the platform, making it easy to build applications that meet specific needs and requirements. And that’s what growing businesses need to scale.
Also, Salesforce is a cloud-based platform, which means that it can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection and requires minimal setup and maintenance. It has a strong track record of security and reliability, which is essential for applications that handle sensitive data or critical processes.
At what point did the company begin to grow?
Well, it isn’t easy to quote one point that triggered the company’s growth because growth is a constant process. You must continuously improve, look for new opportunities, and constantly strive to develop smarter solutions for next-generation enterprises.
Fortunately, we never fall short of opportunities to innovate, improve, and implement smarter quality solutions for our customers. Once we had the core product suite ready and customers started realizing the advantages we were bringing to market, we grew exponentially.

Our product suite is designed to help customers manage their entire quality process, from document management to managing change, training, audit, nonconformance, CAPA, and Complaint management. In addition, Qualityze includes supplier management incorporating inspection, collaboration, and maintenance management, rounding out the quality circle.
Our services stand out in the market due to the simplicity of our solutions. In simplistic terms, “You can only achieve sophistication through simplicity.” Each solution has an intuitive interface, interactive dashboards, and configurable workflows that are adaptive to the growing business requirements.

Is there any new product/service added to the list? Do you have any exciting updates to share?
We are expanding our capabilities to include full risk management capabilities with a new module and our ability to handle legacy tasks such as the batch process for the customer needing this functionality without investing in expensive ERP solutions and sticking with Qualityze to address the quality concerns and the requirement(s) of basic batch management processing.
In addition, we look forward to integrating newer technologies such as A.I. and IoT into our core products, enabling our customers to optimize quality with excellence.
