Thanks for the opportunity, it is an honor to do this Q&A! I’ve been a long-time SourceForge downloader from as far back as the 90s, and it is an amazing opportunity to now share some software I’ve been working on.
For starters, HollaEx® is a ‘white-label’ exchange kit. Think WordPress + blockchain, that’s HollaEx.

It works very differently from other white labels because it shifts the focus away from the tech crowd and means more people can apply real blockchain stuff to their own business or website. It means many more enterprising-minded folk out there will be able to utilize on-chain finance.
One way to think about HollaEx is that it is like an OS for crypto, once installed you can use it like an operating system for all your coins, markets, candlestick price charts and includes an automatic wallet for deposits and withdrawals, easy point-and-click controls, and an admin control panel for managing everything.

What’s the Main Use Case?
The main use case is to open an exchange service. An exchange that is connected to the blockchain can do a lot of things for a business.

The software being public on GitHub allows anyone to witness the steady progression and can see the extended dedication devoted to the exchange kit which spans back to the very early days of blockchain-based finance.
Those unfamiliar with GitHub, are still able to monitor the discussions around the development process in real-time via Discord or on the forums.
Who Is HollaEx Best For?

What is the HollaEx Network?
The HollaEx Network is an inter-exchange network of HollaEx-powered exchanges. In simpler terms, it is a network of exchanges trading with one another.
When an exchange connects to the network they gain access to full order books for BTC/USDT, ETH/USDT, and other large mainstream crypto markets.
What is the Pricing Structure of HollaEx?
HollaEx can be used free but the most popular and quickest method to use HollaEx is to go with a cloud exchange plan.
- Cloud Basic – The initial cloud plan comes in at $458 per month with an annual plan. It provides you with access to all core features such as cloud hosting, customization tools, liquid market (for major markets) through the HollaEx Network, and an easy way to connect your website domain.
- Cloud Crypto Pro – If you want more from HollaEx, then the HollaEx Crypto Pro is the best choice. It provides a custom crypto token or coin that you can have added to your own exchange and runs for $800 a month on an annual plan. Extra features such as a customizable landing home page and a referral affiliate system become available, as well as more profit from trading fees coming to you when compared to Cloud Basic.

Of course, HollaEx does provide well-structured detailed documentation which includes a powerful search function. All you need to do is enter a keyword related anywhere to HollaEx’s interface, for example, ‘emails’, ‘operator control’, ‘SMS’ and you’ll likely find the answer.
Another way to get help is to simply onboard your team onto your exchange. Once onboard, they can help manage and help troubleshoot issues with your exchange.
Onboarding team members can be done through the ‘Roles’ page on the admin panel.
Each role you designate to your team will be given a certain amount of admin access over the exchange depending on the level of the role.
