Q&A with ShowMyPC on the Latest Trends in the Remote Work Industry

We incorporated ShowMyPC in the summer of 2007, and our project has since evolved into an all-inclusive product, equipped with cutting-edge features, that provides a wide range of services such as meetings, remote support, and remote access. As a global leader in the current market, ShowMyPC offers a smooth and complete integration with any website, application or API. We are pleased to say that through our product, users and customers have managed to overcome some of the most challenging communication and support issues they have faced in the past.

Question 2: Who did you envision ShowMyPC would serve best and who did you have in mind when you developed this program?

When developing ShowMyPC, we were thinking of building an easily accessible tool that would potentially optimize communication and collaboration on a global scale. Our fundamental product, which started with seamless screen sharing and desktop sharing, elevated the concept of conducting online meetings to an entirely different level. The broadcast feature in ShowMyPC allows companies, small business owners, and freelancers (or any computer user for that matter) to broadcast the screen, either during a presentation or online meeting, with a remarkable definition and virtually no interruptions. Our customers enjoy a plethora of services, from scheduling online meetings and organizing web conferences to accessing, sharing/transferring files and documents across multiple devices as well as offering/receiving technical support in a matter of seconds.

Question 3: Can you share with us some of the services you offer? Or perhaps some of the most popular ways that people use ShowMyPC?

ShowMyPC is very easy to use, it doesn’t necessarily require that the user be a computer whiz for that matter. It’s especially appealing because individuals can either share their desktop or selective applications. The built-in chat and whiteboard system allow users to communicate within the program, as well as share screenshots, specific applications, and scheduled meetings. The program also provides a web-based, java version to accommodate Linux and Mac users, so accessing a remote computer is possible without necessarily installing the Windows application.
