ARRIS is pleased to provide the open source software used in the VMS1100, IPC1100P1, and IPC1100P2 devices!

The VMS1100 is a whole home Video Gateway available to Verizon FiOS video customers and supports simultaneous tuning of up to 6 QAM channels and embedded support for IP delivered services. The VMS1100 supports up to 4 connected IP client set tops to provide Verizon delivered video and IP services to every room in the house and includes support for SD and HD MPEG2 and MPEG4 encoded video, an internal 1 TB hard drive, and built in Transcoder to support MEG2 to MPEG4 video transcoding for mobile CE clients.

The ARRIS IPC1100 is an advanced, IP-based video set-top that supports SD and HD MPEG2 and MPEG4 formats, embedded IP networking over coax using MoCA in an ultra-low profile set-top.
