3360

ARRIS is pleased to provide the open source software used in the 3360 residential modem!

The Motorola 3360 Single-Port ADSL2+ modem is the ideal choice for cost-effectively and simply connecting single-PC residential users to an ADSL2+ network for their high-speed Internet access needs.

The 3360 modem offers comprehensive remote manageability, including centralized remote provisioning, troubleshooting, and management, as well as the ability to manage devices connected to the model through support for Broadband Forum TR-069/TR-098 specifications. Support for industry standards allows the device to be interoperable with any ACS solutions that follow the Broadband Forum specifications.

The 3360 was designed to support advanced features such as IPv6/6RD and ATM/PTM auto-detection. The 3360 modem’s unique capability to auto-detect the network type simplifies logistics as one modem will work on both network transport types. On the PTM network support for 802.1x WAN supplicant simplifies authentication of the CPE to the service provider network and eliminates the need for the customer to enter in PPP credentials.

Please note that this project is for distributing, discussing, and supporting the open source software we release. This site does not provide any SDKs nor general purpose developer support for the 3360.
