On January 9, 2024, CommScope, Inc. divested its Business Unit, Home Networks, to Vantiva, Inc. Vantiva, Inc. will now provide support for Open Source Software obligations for certain Home Network Products including ARRIS, PACE, and Motorola branded DSL and Cable Broadband Modem and Gateway Routers, Video Set Top Boxes, as well as ECO products.
