On January 5, 2026, CommScope, Inc. divested its Business Unit, CCS and OWN to Amphenol, Inc. and Amphenol is now retaining the CommScope name. The remaining Business Segments, Access Networks Systems (ANS) will now be Aurora Networks and NICS will now be Ruckus Networks and both these business segments will now be under the corporation of Vistance Networks, Inc. On January 9, 2024, CommScope, Inc. divested its Business Unit, Home Networks, to Vantiva, Inc. Vantiva, Inc. will now provide support for Open Source Software obligations for certain Home Network Products including ARRIS, PACE, and Motorola branded DSL and Cable Broadband Modem and Gateway Routers, Video Set Top Boxes, as well as ECO products.
