HxGN EAM Mobile Offline is a complimentary iOS application from Intergraph (previously offered as HxGN EAM Mobile for Transit). Designed for business productivity, it enables field teams to capture and update asset-related data while away from a live network. After the initial synchronization with your backend, the app continues to work without connectivity; later you can sync to push changes and fetch updates from the server.

How offline use and synchronization operate
- The app caches data locally after the first successful sync so users can create and edit records without a data connection.
- When a connection is available again, perform a sync to upload local changes and download any server-side updates.
- Note: synchronization requires a network link; the app does not auto-merge all conflicts, so follow your organization’s sync procedures.
Mapping and spatial features
The app includes a map view that integrates with ESRI’s GIS platform (for example, ArcGIS). This lets field users visualize assets and locations on GIS layers while working in or out of network coverage.
