Strobe Media Playback SVN

Added some explanations into the thumbs.html page.

The image for the disabled state of full screen button was missing. Now added into HTML5 images.

Fixed MBR Switch missing problem: HTML/JS naming wasn't properly implemented.

Updated JS detection and fall back libraries in order to accommodate more settings. Fixed debug-mobile.html: now switching streams are displayed.

Clean-up & comments.

Mechanism for rolling window protection. Andrei to check fix.

Got back from rev 281, Mihai T fix regarding Live HDS DVR rolling window.

Fixed time hint vertical align issue: was not vertically centered.

Fixed log problem: Now strobe logger sends log messages through default logger.
