Fixed "current time changing font size when seeking" issue.

Added Playbook into device profiles as tablet.

Fixed video sizing issue on HTML5 fall back.

Fixed tap bug on Xoom: when playing the clip tapping on the screen dosn't show up the control bar only a couple of milliseconds.

Added HTML5 fall back into the hammer. Arranged so the user will have to add only a few JS libs and a few JS lines of code.

Refactored the layout method to fit the smart phone and tablet modes.

Cleaned up the code. Removed the full screen skin assets from tablet mode (the full screen skin is the same with the normal skin for the tablet).

Fixed full/normal screen issues on tablet vs smartphone vs desktop.

Fixed missing left and right margins of the control bar for the tablet skin.

On tablet mode added missing left & right scrub bar terminations. On smart phone mode back button exits to thumb mode and stops the playback.
