Fixed missing left and right margins of the control bar for the tablet skin.

On tablet mode added missing left & right scrub bar terminations. On smart phone mode back button exits to thumb mode and stops the playback.

Back button working on the smart phone mode. Increased the size to 16px of the total time and current time labels.

On Tablet Mode the control bar starts opened. The thumbs got a bit bigger for tablet mode.

Implemented most of the Smartphone & Tablet workflows.

Fixed a JavaScript bug in thumb list.

Added list of thumbs with links to the device detection page which plays the video.

Fixed visual issues: control bar background & play button highlight
Added poster so that when the player is displayed it is no longer a black screen.

Fixed points 3,4 & 5 from Issue 2:
3. On the first appearance of the video, the control bar will be by default visible. In this mode, the control bar will dissapear only if the user taps the video (and will re-appear when the user taps the video again).
4. When the user starts the video playout or finishes a seek operation, the control bar may dissappear either when the user taps the video or when a timeout expires.
5. When the user pauses the video, the control bar will dissapear only if the user taps the video (and will re-appear when the user taps the video again).

Added Hammer code with device/browser detection.
