[r199] by acucu fix for http://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/ST-366 - Initial autoswitching value is incorrectly set as false This is caused by a change in Strobe Media Playback which exposed the setter on autoDynamicStreamSwitch to the JavaScript API.
