Added DynamicDRMTrait, Composite Unit tests for parallel and serial compositions. Bug fixes in CompositeDRMTrait.

Make MIN_FILE_HEADER_BYTE_COUNT of flv/FLVHeader.as public

1. Fix a bug that deals with discontinuity of fragments. This is the first check in of the fix. More extensive testings may discover other issues.
2. Apply a patch from Matthew, quoted from Matthew's email:
This one should pick up “play now can take a starting offset”, stubs out “play for duration”, and also picks up “data messages are lost during enhanced seek”.

PARB change: Change MediaInfoType enum to use strings. Minor changes to Version and PluginInfo APIs. Update version number.

PARB changes: Renamed LoadableMediaElement to LoadableElementBase

Remove obsolete test class (now subsumed by TestLoaderBase).

PARB changes: Remove ILoader, LoaderBase is the base for all loaders.

Removing obsolete imports.

Updating metadata sample to the latest layout API changes.

Pre-PARB'ing the Layout API continued:

- Internalizing layout facet classes, and
- Adding a public LayoutProperties class,
- Removing LayoutUtils (for setting properties can now be done using LayoutProperties),
- Introducing IMetadataProvider, and marking classes that have a metadata getter to be implementing it,
- Remove LayoutRendererFacet (for it can be fetched/set directly from/to the metadata easily using ObjectFacet),
- Adding LayoutRendererMode, in preparation for horizontal and vertical boxing support on the default renderer,
- Updating client code and unit tests accordingly.

Updating OMSF player to:

- Use the framework layout system to position the control bar,
- as well as for positioning the right-click overlay.
