Adding a number of static utilities:

- setRelativeLayout, for setting relative layout parameters without having to deal with a RelativeLayoutFacet directly.
- setScaleMode, for setting scale- and alignment properties without having to deal with a LayoutAttributesFacet directly.
- setRegionTarget, for setting region target parameters without having to deal with RegionTargetFacet directly.

Changing the Layout invalidation scheme: if one element would cause the next to be invalidated, it would take one frame for it to get updated. This caused screen flickr. Generalized the 'callLater' concept into a static utility function, that's capable of queueing up multiple functions, solving the problem at hand.

Passing the inner content layout context a reference to the region's layout context metadata, in order to keep their absolute sizes on par.
