Changed the plugin metadata media factory key to an ObjectIdentifier per Brian's request.

Fix bug ZE-16 - Playhead slider doesn't set to the beginning for restart. The problem was that the F4F file handler never dispatched a notifyTimeBias event upon the seek(0) that happens on autoRewind, so HTTPNetStream continued to believe that it's time property was non-zero. The solution is to dispatch the event upon the seek(0) request.

SMILPlugin modified to look for a MediaFactory on the resource metadata. If it doesn't find one, it creates a DefaultMediaFactory.

1. Add MBR + DRM support for http streaming
2. Fix unit TestManifestParser.as to reflect the changes

Fix HTTP streaming bug where relative external bootstrap files were not being handled correctly.

Fix bug FM-66, which was blocking Ivonne. Enable AVM1 content to be loaded. Necessitated adding the SWF's loader to the stage rather than the loader's content property.

Fix a bug with the handling of drm metadata/additional header
