SMILPlugin modified to look for a MediaFactory on the resource metadata. If it doesn't find one, it creates a DefaultMediaFactory.

1. Add MBR + DRM support for http streaming
2. Fix unit TestManifestParser.as to reflect the changes

Fix HTTP streaming bug where relative external bootstrap files were not being handled correctly.

Fix bug FM-66, which was blocking Ivonne. Enable AVM1 content to be loaded. Necessitated adding the SWF's loader to the stage rather than the loader's content property.

Fix a bug with the handling of drm metadata/additional header

Update adocs comments

Httpstreaming + DRM support, unit tests have also been modified to reflect the manifest code changes.

OSMFPlayer, switching to use Craig Kroeger's Standard font.

[prototype branch] Work in progress: Initial prototype of refactored MBR switching logic. Extracted logic out of DynamicNetStream into standalone NetStreamSwitchingManager, which works with a plain NetStream and handles switching logic based on NetStream events. Applied similar refactoring to NetMocker classes. Updated unit tests, with the exception of TestDynamicStream, which I'm keeping around to make sure similar tests are applied to NetStreamSwitchingManager. Everything's still in a very rough state (and auto-switching has bugs).
