Add fixes to FLV related classes to support DRM protected contents

Modified the TemporalFacet class to check the play state when the play trait is added because if the media is already playing, the play state change event will never be received and therefore the interval timer will never start.

Adding 'readme.txt' for the Uni05_53 font that the libary uses.
