updated smil sample to new APIs

Changed the the default flex SDK to the worksspaces' current, rather than a specific SDK.

Updated plugins API's to match new PARB changes.

Removed trace logger's trace statement from non-logging compile

Fix for bug FM-337: WebPlayer.html contained "for each" JS statements that IE turns out not to support.

Asdocs comments had two open <code> elements, rather than open & close pairs. Changed to </code> two places.
