PARB changes: merging IMediaGateway and IContainerGateway into IMediaContainer. Renaming addElement, removeElement and containsElement to addMediaElement, removeMediaElement and containsMediaElement.

Updating AkamaiPluginSample and CuePointSample to the latest API changes.

Updating DynamicStreamingSample to the latest API changes.

Updating MediaPlayerWrapper to the latest API changes.

Updating ExamplePlayer to work with the latest API changes.

PARB changes: Rename ViewTrait to DisplayObjectTrait, rename view property to displayObject property, and rename ViewEvent to DisplayObjectEvent. Renaming trait implementing classes accordingly, and updating framework client code and unit tests.

Updating quality control buttons to the latest DynamicStreamTrait changes.

PARB changes: Refactor DynamicStreamTrait. Rename SwitchEvent to DynamicStreamEvent. Update unit tests and MBR sample app.
