Updating Web Player with the latest chrome lib changes, and adding more documentation.

Adding files missing from previous commit.

Adding a fixed bitmap font, and updating the control bar configuration: the scrub bar now shows below the buttons. The play button is now centered, with eject and stop/pause buttons adjacent. The quality switch button has been replaced by QualityAutoButton and QualityManualButton. One of these buttons will always be in view, but enabled only if the content at hand support DynamicStreamTrait. Last, updated the buttons to no longer have a visible backdrop - using a slight drop-shadow instead.

Extending DynamicStreamTrait to fire an event on its 'autoSwitch' property changing.

Updating version to 0.9.0.
