PARB refactoring: Rename ViewTrait's dimension properties.

Made urls for testing fully qualified.

Remove or privatize some constants which shouldn't be exposed in the public API.

Move ModifiableTimeTrait out of traits package, make it internal.

Updated sample apps to match new IPluginInfo signature.

Removed a couple of debug statements and made registerReferrer private.

Fixing embedded font issues.

Implemented the plugin info refactorings. Fixed a bug in the NetStream Seekable trait. Fixed another bug FM-303, found at least two composition bugs.

Adding code to ProxyElement to have it remember the gateway it is directed to prior to being assigned an element to wrap. Once an element to wrap gets assigned, the gateway that was set on the proxy before, gets set as the wrapped element's gateway too.

Fixing an RTE (caused by expecting a vector to hold URLs where instead it holds Strings), and adding a copyright header.
