Fix bug FM-296: Parallel videos pause when the shortest video completes. Injection from trait refactoring. Composite trait now takes into account whether the completed child is the last completed child, and only marks itself as stopped if it is.

Updated MASTAdapter class with new trait names and events.

Update GG plugin version number.

Updated minimum version requirements for plugins.

Minor comment changes, remove internal class from API.

Update version to 0.8.

Fix for FM-287, reinstating the main sample (that uses serial and parallel composition), and making another pass at getting all the changed trait methods mapped correctly back- and forth between JS and Flash.

Adjust MediaPlayer's stop implementation to take advantage of the new PlayTrait method. Fixes bug where playable media would auto-loop even if loop was false.

Disable pausing for certain PlayTrait subclasses.

A couple of UI fixes for ExamplePlayer.
