Update some unit tests to reflect that LayoutContextSprite now returns 0 (not NaN) for uninitialized values to be consistent with ViewTrait.

Some fixes for the composite view trait. Integrated some of the unit tests (though some still break and are commented out).

Adding the missing readme file for the captioning sample app.

Updating comments to remove or rename traits that were removed or renamed in the PARB refactoring that Brian did

Integrate refactored composite view trait (merger of view and spatial traits). Implementation is untested, unit tests still to be refactored.

Integrate refactored load trait, merged with deprecated download trait. Update unit tests.

Refactor and integrate some additional composite trait unit tests.

Integrate refactored composite seek trait. Update unit tests.

Integrate refactored composite TimeTrait. Update unit tests.

Add composite trait unit test for when the canPause state of a child trait changes.
