OSMF SVN

Renamed sprint3 (osmf/tags/sprint3) to sprint3-stable.

Renamed sprint4 (osmf/tags/sprint4) to sprint4-stable.

Bump version number from 0.3 to 0.4.

Remove obsolete sample app (still exists in sprint3 tag, but doesn't compile against latest APIs).

Remove unnecessary libs reference.

Remove unneeded compiler argument.

Add missing SWCs, update project paths to not be dependent on DOCUMENTS root.

Create tag sprint4.

Commit sprint 4 work to public trunk. See release notes for all changes.

Remove previous version of trunk, it's now preserved as a tag. We'll overwrite this with the new trunk, which is a short-term contingency until we can better manage private -> public merges.
