Improvements to the DFXP parser, captioning sample, and a bug fix for the TemporalFacet (duration timers were not taking account of the media being paused).

Fixed NPE in the Loadable Proxy element.

Raises the appropriate error for missing media tag.

Another parser bug fix.

Enabled all unit tests.

Parsing issue with baseURLs in a dynamic streaming situation. Updated unit tests.

Review feedback: remove childrenLength variable.

Disabled parser tests until they can be updated

Chaned dynamic streaming asset back to pointing to akamai.

Added samples for Manifest feature, bug fix for dynamic streaming.
