Adding a predefined duration sample that plays back a serial element that holds 2 video elements that both have their defaultDuration value set, resulting in the serial's complete length being known before its children have loaded.

Extending VideoElement with a defaultDuration property, that forwards its value to a newly added default temporal trait.

Integrate fix for FM-218 into Flex4 branch.

Initial commit of the media element trait resolver feature.

Flex request for more informative errors from the MediaPlayer.

Prototype of traits refactored as classes, with pre/post condition checks inline. Merged play/pause traits, load/download traits, and view/spatial traits. Currently non-compiling, as the dependent packages have not been updated.
