Initial commit of the media element trait resolver feature.

Flex request for more informative errors from the MediaPlayer.

Prototype of traits refactored as classes, with pre/post condition checks inline. Merged play/pause traits, load/download traits, and view/spatial traits. Currently non-compiling, as the dependent packages have not been updated.

Complete (83.33%) code coverage for CompositeDownloadable. Fixed a bug in NetStreamDownloadable. Fixed a bug in CompositeDownloadable.

Incorporate feedback from subclip code review.

Added additional comments and tags for ASLR filtering.

Created branch briggs-prototype-traits.

Fix for errorID being an air / 10.1 api

Added integration tests for the manifest loader.
