Initial check-in of subclip support. Refactored (into NetStreamUtils) some of the live parameter generation code since live params and subclip params are closely intertwined. Works with streaming audio, streaming video, and dynamic streaming video. Unit tests and sample app (ExamplePlayer) updated. |

Checking in enhanced support for Live streams. This allows a player dev to specify that a stream is live or vod. |
