PARB feedback: Refactor ScaleMode to convert constants to strings. Move utility function into dedicated utility class (ScaleModeUtils). Remove all other methods. Update dependent code.

PARB feedback: Refactor our DynamicStreamingResource class (and hierarchy). Introduce StreamingURLResource and StreamType to lay groundwork for live support. Fix some bugs related to seek not working when a duration is unspecified (NaN). Further refactor unit tests to make them toggleable between hitting the network and using mock objects (still a few tests that fail against the network).

rollback the changes made to hide so called DRM content here, as Brian pointed out that "the ContentProtectableTrait stuff isn’t 10.1 specific, it’s generic infrastructure for which the 10.1 DRM is one possible implementation. (In theory, someone could create an implementation that uses a web service for authentication.) The less stuff we have to make 10.1 specific, the easier to manage."

Hide DRM related events & traits for Sprint 7

Remove list of traits as this is the wrong place for this information a maintenence headache.

Updated MediaPlayer tests for the FM-107 bug.

Final tweak for FM-107.

Modified Akamai plugin sample app to load MAST plugin from Akamai network. Also added missing readme.txt for the sample app.
