Commit [r442] Maximize Restore History

rollback the changes made to hide so called DRM content here, as Brian pointed out that "the ContentProtectableTrait stuff isn’t 10.1 specific, it’s generic infrastructure for which the 10.1 DRM is one possible implementation. (In theory, someone could create an implementation that uses a web service for authentication.) The less stuff we have to make 10.1 specific, the easier to manage."
