Cue point sample improvements and added a work around for FM-171 to the TemporalFacet class.

Changed NetContentProtectable to be NetStreamContentProtectable, to be similar to the other NetStream traits.

Add a few more unit tests

Added copyright headers. Added four different DRM variations to the Sample App. Fix bugs in the VideoElement to hanle inline drm metadata, anon and ident based. Fixed rewind button in the Adobe TV chrome. Removed updater dialog, now that the updater has been removed. Added status code to the Mediaframework strings.

Add downloadable related unit tests for MediaPlayer

Updated DRM Sample to not use the removed DRMUpdater API.

Fix bug FM-168: Buffer total is not displayed for progressive video

Fix bug FM-169: Trait support for data transfer sample doesn't display bytes loaded and bytes total for SWF element
