Refactoring: Move HTML gateway classes to html package.

Refactorings: Move Version to utils package. Move RegionSprite to display package.

Add unit tests for IDownloadable related classes.

Making ContentLoader stateless again:

Changing ContentLoader to dispatch ProgressEvents and BytesTotalChanged events over the ILoadable it gets passed in on its 'load' method being invoked. ContentDownloadableTrait listens to its owning element's ILoadable, and registering for the aforementioned events. On receiving the event, ContentDownloadableTrait uses them to set its bytesDownloaded and bytesTotal properties.

Temporary workaround for 10.0/10.1 bifurcation. We will resolve this later in the context of some build system refactoring. The 10.0 version should compile and run, not sure about 10.1

Adding DRM classes, for real this time.

Fixing project files, commit that didn't make it due to too many changes between checkins.

Initial framework support for DRM updates and IContentProtectable Trait. FP 10.1 dependent features are turned off for now. To turn on use the FLASH_10_1 flag turned to true. DRMSample App, with updater UI dialogs, and authentication dialogs.
