Changing MediaElementLayoutTarget to be constructed via a static 'getInstance' method, instead of by its constructor. This prevents the construction of multiple instances that reference one single media-element. Updating client code accordingly.

Extending layout unit tests. Adding a custom renderer, checking calculation and layout passes invokation counts.

Renaming 'renderer' property to 'rendererType'.

Adding a LayoutUtils.setLayoutRenderer helper function.

Fix bug FM-119, where the playhead time doesn't get updated until after the seek has completed. The bug is actually in Flash Player (FP-1705), and the workaround is to wait until NetStream.time gets updated before dispatching the seek completion event. This changelist also updates the unit tests and NetMocker to verify the fix.

Refactor MediaPlayer unit tests to make them injectable by MediaElement. Add additional unit tests for injecting various MediaElements into a MediaPlayer.
