Adding a readme file for RegionsSample.

Added the MediaTypeFacet to make tagging media for the factory much easier. Updated unit tests.

Updated ignore settings on the VAST, as well as Akamai projects, as well as a few of the Samples.

Fixes to the broken dynamic streaming sample discussed with ROC this morning. Includes 2 changes to framework code, DynamicNetStream.as and NetStreamSwitchableTrait. Fixes here involve functionality that was broken in the composite switching implementation.

Remove unnecessary import otherwise ASDoc compilation will fail.

Add a missing file.

Package renaming to org.osmf: plug-ins.

Package renaming to org.osmf: remaining sample projects continued.
