Updated the MastPlugin Integration project file to use the default SDK, as opposed to the Flex Coverage SDK.

Sprint 6 stable tag.

Adding ignore for bin-debug folders.

Fix a bug with the ReferenceSample project.

Fixed the layout of the streaming sample.

Removing lingering test code.

Fixing JS error on Internet Explorer (continued). IE doesn't seem to like having an 'invoke' callback set from Flash. Renaming the method to osmf_invoke instead (doing the same for setProperty and getProperty methods). Updating client code accordingly.

Fixing X and Y values being set to NaN when availableWidth/Height is NaN.

Adding missing reference to the VAST library.
