Removing lingering test code.

Fixing JS error on Internet Explorer (continued). IE doesn't seem to like having an 'invoke' callback set from Flash. Renaming the method to osmf_invoke instead (doing the same for setProperty and getProperty methods). Updating client code accordingly.

Fixing X and Y values being set to NaN when availableWidth/Height is NaN.

Adding missing reference to the VAST library.

Fixing FM-115 by having the DefaultLayoutRenderer set X and Y to 0 by default.

Fixing FM-113 by adding a null check.

Adding readme file for the MAST sample.

Updating the MAST plugin integration test.

Extending regions unit tests some more.

Remove unnecessary imports that will interfere with ASDoc compilation.
