Remove unnecessary imports that will interfere with ASDoc compilation.

Fix bug FM-72, PluginManager will dispatch MediaErrorEvent when the plugin has a version mismatch. The SamplePlugin project is modified to show the usage of MediaErrorEvent.

AkamaiPluginSample now uses the logging framework. Therefore, it needs to define CONFIG::LOGGING in its build configuration file.

Fixed compile errors Ivonne and I were getting.

Add a readme.txt that explains the necessity to define CONFIG::LOGGING for conditional compilation if OSMF is used at source code level.

Tweaking of the JavaScript code to deal with IE's idiosyncrasy. osmf.trace does not work on IE yet, so comment it out.

Enabled an extra layer to prevent swfs from reseting scroll rect on thier own stage.
