Tweaking of the JavaScript code to deal with IE's idiosyncrasy. osmf.trace does not work on IE yet, so comment it out.

Enabled an extra layer to prevent swfs from reseting scroll rect on thier own stage.

Fixed FM-103. The NetStream would continue to play if the seek() was called in response to duration complete. We explicitly pause to prevent this situation.
