Fix RTE caused when a second caption file load is initiated while another file is being parsed asynchronously by stopping execution of the asynchronous thread.

When captions load before the proxiedElement, the media duration is not known, and as such the ParsingCondition's duration would be set to the max duration of 23:59:59:27. This results in very few and quite large parsing chunks if the ParsingCondition is defined using a ParsingCondition_PercentageIntervalByTime class. To work around this, we define the ParsingCondition using ParsingCondition_SpecificTimings and providing an array of specific times every 100 seconds up to 7200 seconds, or two hours.

Fixed visibility of the rootContainer so that it respects the showCaptions value when it is created.

Removed omitted tests from the dfxp-test suite.

Added event listeners for tracking parsing progress.

Cleaned up the UI.

Improve behavior captions when media is seeked.

Rendering improvements for default region when caption text is empty.

Added CONFIG::LOGGING code blocks to log load errors.
