Commit [r2444] Maximize Restore History

Refactored TimeCode to improve parsing and comparison performance.

Added SMPTETTProxyElement.hasDescendantMarkerEvents to test before attaching a timer event to listen for caption or animation changes within a given TimelineMetaEvent time span.
