build system changes: added OSMFIntegrationTest to build system

Fixed a problem with support for legacy TTML namespaces that caused a caption file with an up-to-date TTML namespace loaded after file that used a legacy namespace to parse using the legacy namespace, which improper time calculation.

Set the SMPTETTProxyElement.DEBUG to false by default.

Added debugging that counts total caption text elements a traces out each triggered caption as the media plays.

To enable this debugging, set the static variable SMPTETTProxyElement.DEBUG to true.
