Commit [r2402] Maximize Restore History

Added debugging that counts total caption text elements a traces out each triggered caption as the media plays.

To enable this debugging, set the static variable SMPTETTProxyElement.DEBUG to true.
private static const DEBUG:Boolean = true;

Added support for <set> element for animation and improved TTML style support.
