Commit [r2375] Maximize Restore History

Improved caption time event validation in effort to avoid dropped captions and/or overlapping captions in cases where more than one region contain captions at the same timecode, but some of the captions are being removed while others are being added.

Added support for tts:direction and tts:unicodeBidi.
